2 bedrooms Farm wooden house, build on stilts concrete. On 6 acres land. At the back of the property is the Mangrove Tilapia Fish Farm. This is a small village, so it'll be very quiet day or night. If you are looking for some "me time" this is the place for you.
I love cooking, gardening and travelling, seeing new places. Kudat has a lot to offer in term of beaches, culture, great food and quiet peaceful life.
The tourist attraction (The Tip of Borneo) or Tanjung Simpang Mengayau known most to the local is only 15minutes drive from the Property. Kudat town and Kudat Airport is 23minutes drive by car. Not far from the Property is the Bonco- Coconut virgin oil mill. For those who interested to know how coconut virgin oil is produced, Guest are welcome to request a visit to the mill.
