Location: walking distance to the ferry pier and most of tourist attractions. Room: very quiet a/c, comfy bed, spacious walk-in shower with no-leak shower door, one-of-a-kind air-well room, a long bench enough to have two carry-on sized baggage, a rack for hanging hand-wash laundry, complimentary BOH teabags and smart TV; excellent staff service; good breakfast (had small char keow deal noodle three days in a row, fresh fruits and many different kinds of desserts); many details of interior decorations/small museum; great little elevator; complimentary water refill station.

The hotel's location is excellent to visit other places in Georgetown. However it is in the middle of Little India and it can be a bit noisy at night because the streets are narrow and the businesses around the area are closely located.

The location is in the heart of Little India, easy walking to many tourist attractions. The room was large and tidy Delicious breakfast with a selection of local and western food.

This is a beautifully restored building in Little India! The hotel rooms are comfortable and have an AC (although you probably won't even need it, given the excellent construction). Staff were incredibly helpful, providing advice on the local area and even helping us get local street food when we had to leave before the breakfast buffet opened. The breakfast buffet is amazing, providing both Western options and local specialties. The location is amazing as well, in easy walking distance to shops, eateries and sights as well as the free shuttle bus.

We liked the place itself, the furniture, the restaurant, the staff. We forgot a pair of shoes which the place mailed to us in Bangkok. We asked for their bank account information to reimburse the costs but have not yet received a response.
