First walk through the front door, & straight in front of you is a beautiful view of the sea. Then you walk towards & open the sliding glass doors in front of balcony, & more times than not, a crispy cooling breeze will then be sweeping around you wanting to exit out the front door. Now you step out on balcony & see an inviting beach coastline that extends 4 km's to the west from your vantage point, that during the day is beeming with watersports activities. After this first encounter, you will then go back inside apartment & realize how cozy & warm the place feels with the many art pieces (created by my wife) & wood furnishing surrounding you. You might then peek inside kitchen & see that it's clean & has all that you need. Upon discovery of the bedrooms you will find beds are comfy, & again more of that cozy feel, & place to hang your clothes. Next a visit to the bathrooms finds you well renovated wall tiling, shower stalls, and sink fixtures/cabinets. Place has two full size bedrooms each with a queen bed, and an extra half size room with a single bed. All 3 bedrooms have air con. In living area there is an extra long sofa suited for watching TV or DVD's.

I am an American married to a Malaysian beauty. We have two children, one boy and one girl. We have lived here in Penang for over one decade, I have learned so much more about life and Asian culture since moving here. We are quite spoiled enjoying all the multi-cultural foods found here in Penang. I would call myself a motor-head, for I enjoy fast cars and motorcycles. My wife is a fantastic artist and loves teaching others. My son is an up and coming computer scientist, and daughter enjoys both drama and and the arts. Batu Ferringhi is most well known for it's beautiful white and wide sandy beach. On the beach you can parasail, jet ski, ride a horse, or just lay back in the sand and enjoy a cold drink of your choice. There are plenty of food choices along the beach that suits everyone's desires. Fine dining across the street from my place in the Rasa Sayang resort, or at the Hard Rock hotel at opposite end of beach, or at any of the other 3 four star hotels in between. If fast food is your desire, then we have a McD's and KFC close by as well. The next most popular attraction would be the night market that goes up every night just before sundown, and its beginning can be reached in just a short walk from our complex. Those that love to shop and haggle for best price will love this market. Can hail a taxi from lobby of our complex, or grab a bus a stop right in front of complex, or getting a small motor bike is good enough for just touring around in Batu Ferringhi proper. Whatever your ambitions my be for staying with us, you sure can find time and a place to relax and let go any stress you may have built up inside.
