1st room the bathtub was leaking. Within an hour after check in the maintainence arrived to fix the leaking site. Then he advised us to change another room as the fixing will make a noise. I am Very glad to say that the receptionist immediately gave us another room.

All guests checking into the hotel MUST REGISTER at the reception counter at the lobby before entering these floors in order to enjoy the complimentary parking. After registering at the hotel, guests MUST present their hotel receipt and keycard to the guard upon entering Level 3A & 3B parking. Alternatively, hotel guests may park at Level 7 & 8 or at the open area located in front of Sales Gallery, on the ground floor which are complimentary.
