This is an amazing campsite. The location is gorgeous and wild animals roam around it freely. Sunset was gorgeous. The showers were hot and clean. The owners are a lovely couple who made us feel completely taken care of. Important to note that this is not a glamping tent that you're getting. It's just a campsite. This listing is inaccurate - please add pics and update. Wifi is only at the house and if you want food, you need to let the owners know well in advance so that they can go prepare it for you.

Terra Rouge ist ein wunderbarer Platz zum Entspannen. Die Bungaows sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Nur Selbstversorgung möglich, es kann aber über die Gastgeber Feuerholz und frisches leckeres Lammfleisch bezogen werden. Die Gastgeber stehen für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Die Fahrt am Abend durch das Farmgelände auf eine der typischen roten Kalahari-Dünen zum Sonnenuntergang ist ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. WLAN gibt es am Haus der Gastgeber, wo man als Gast jederzeit auf der Terrasse willkommen ist.

I started the accommodation as a hobby, which it still is, because I like people and it can become lonely in the Kalahari.

Property info

This is a beautiful working farm. We have dogs, cows, sheep, wild animals, horses and a lot of space. It is extremely quiet here and we have beautiful birds. The ideal stopover to/from the Kgalagadi Park. Our 3 bungalows are all private and guests can be assured of a good nights rest.

Neighborhood info

The Kalahari is unique. It's a tough are with good people. We still need each other here in our region and we help where we can. We are a handful of farmers in a huge area. I believe it is special people that chooses to stay here.
