What a wonderful place! I selected it as a stepping stone in driving from Sossusvlei to Etosha. Nice setting overlooking the lake, dinner and breakfast were excellent ( I had a very nice lamb steak done to order, yummy), quiet, fresh air, lots of surrounding nature). I also had the pleasure to spend the evening with the hosts over a few glasses of good wine, they shared a lot of their life experience in Namibia and South Africa, I learned a lot about the history and society of these amazing countries. Definitely the place I will stay at again.

The view from the room, over the lake, was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and we had in the room everything we needed, even adapter charger. Kitty and her husband are the best hosts. Unfortunately we spent only one night but we had a nice evening. For sure we will come back.

The few was spectacular..... The beds and bedding was so comfortable and clean. We had a really fun and relaxing weekend. Staff are friendly and polite. Food was superb!!!

  • How much is it for a boat ride/Canoeing. For two people, just a day
    If the people are booked into the Lodge the canoe is for free. The boat ride lasting about 2-2.5 Hrs is N$250/p however a minimum of 10 Pax are required

    It is only allowed at the Campsite. It is strictly forbidden at the lodge.
