BEAUTIFUL lodge with the most stunning view of the lagoon, friendly staff that goes above and beyond, great location (just make sure you have a 4x4!) with swimming area just steps from the rooms, and a nearby hike to see monkeys and a birds eye view of the lagoon. Highly recommended :)

GermanyAdored my stay at Apoyo Lodge! It is in such a beautiful, remote location on Laguna de Apoyo. The vegan/gluten free breakfast and dinner included are absolutely delicious. There are smoothies, juices, snacks, and lunch provided for purchase. The morning yoga class at 0700 was free and the class at 1730 was only $8. You can also get massages, manis, and pedis. The lodge has a beautiful yoga deck and we were lucky enough to watch the moon rise for the evening class one night! The wifi is good and there are plenty of spots around the property to read, journal, nap, etc. The lodge has a small beach and provides tubes to lounge in. And the water is very warm (at least in February!). The hosts, Miriam and Manuel, are gracious, warm, and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing stay!

We can cater for raw vegans, low fat, no oil and no salt diets, but we need, however, notice in advance to make sure we have the right ingredients at hand. When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday?The temperature here is pretty much the same all year around, with April being traditionally the hottest month, just before the green season begins in May (going through November). The dry season is usually from November to April, with the winds blowing pretty consistently rom Dec to March. It really depends on what you look for: if you want to minimise your chances of showers, then you should plan to come during the dry season. But if you prefer to immerse yourself in the lush jungle living, it is highly recommended you visit us from May to November. How do you arrange for transportation from the airport to the Lodge? How much does it cost? 🙏We offer private airport transfers to/from Managua (MGA) for arrival/departures 24/7. The cost for each way is 50 USD (if the ride is during the day) or 55 USD (if the ride is during the hours of darkness). This rate is up to 3 people sharing.
