Welcome to our cozy apartment in the heart of Managua! The accommodation of approx. 33m² is located on the second floor with a separate entrance. It is lovingly furnished and you will feel very comfortable during your stay here. The kitchen-living room is spacious, here you can cook, work or relax on the sofa. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. If you look out of the window from here, but also from the window overlooking the inner courtyard, you may be lucky enough to spot small parrots or other birds in the neighboring trees. We acept cash or paypal. Check-in is between 3-6pm. Please let us know if you arrive at another time, so we could make it possible.
We, a small family of artists, live in the basement of the accommodation. There is also an art space here, where workshops, lectures and small, fine exhibitions take place from time to time. (Don't worry, most events take place in the afternoon, evening events end before 20:00, so you won't be disturbed in your sleep) By staying here you contribute to the maintenance of the art space. If you are interested, you can also take part in workshops or other activities, or purchase small artworks.
The accommodation is located in a long-established district of Managua with a well-developed infrastructure. The area is very quiet and very green with lots of trees. The neighbors often sit outside their houses in the afternoon. There are many small stores for daily needs as well as some small food stalls and restaurants where you can try local dishes. There is a supermarket around the corner, another large supermarket (Walmart) and a market within walking distance. You can usually reach Managua's waterfront, museums or shopping centers in under 15 minutes by car or cab. The accommodation is easily accessible by public transport. The UCA bus station, from where you can quickly get to the Managua area or other cities such as Masaya, Granada, Crucero and Carazo, can be reached in around 15 minutes. Buses to the sea (Pacific) also depart nearby.
