From the large terrace you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Westeinderplassen. The marina is located in Leimuiden, on the border of North and South Holland. On nice days you will likely spend a lot of time outdoors and you have a choice of two terraces. The smaller terrace on the ground floor is perfect for breakfast and lunch. On the large upper deck you can enjoy the sun and the uninterrupted view over the Westeinderplassen and the marina. This terrace with lounge furniture can be reached via a staircase at the front of the house. The interior is fresh and bright, the living room with a view of the harbour is spacious and is connected to an open kitchen. The floating house also has two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Do you have your own boat(s) that you would like to bring with you? The house has its own landing stage. There is a boat lift that you can use for a fee. In the marina you will also find a reception, a water sports shop and a restaurant. In the shop you can rent various water sports equipment so that your stay is especially fun with children! Think SUP boards, water skis and other fun boards. Free WiFi is available outside by the marina. You can use it on the decks of the boats and in the showroom of Kempers Watersport while enjoying a cup of coffee. The Westeinderplassen are located on the border between North and South Holland. Many sailing courses and water sports activities for young and old take place on these lakes. In a short distance you will find big cities like Amsterdam and Haarlem, but also smaller cities and the coast with Noordwijk and Katwijk is very close (approx. 20 minutes by car).
