I’m not very active writing reviews, however, I’m making an exception with De Oude Heerd. This is probably the best B&B we’ve been. The accommodation is brilliant, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and with all the amenities you possibly need including an immaculate garden next to lots of farmland; this is the perfect place to unwind. The location is perfect, in case you want to do trekking or biking it is minutes away (by car) from the Veluwe national park, but also close to good restaurants in case you fancy a culinary adventure. The host (Angela) is supper helpful and will pamper you with magnificent breakfasts with outstanding local products that you can enjoy in the room or, weather permitting, in the garden. Definitely we will be going back.
