The location is excellent, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the beds very comfortable and the room was brand new and very clean.

The Hotel staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and had a high end finish. The price was very affordable and it was an ideal location to stroll through the town. I would absolutely stay again and the corporate rate is very competitive

The hotel is located in a quiet part of the town, a little bit far from the center but this gives the chance to explore small and beautiful streets of Leiden. Once inside the hotel, it has a charming simple style. The rooms are big, wheel equiped and very comfortable. The bathroom is also big and the the cleaning products are special and of excelent quality.

The hotel is in a perfect location very close to the center and yet in a quiet street that allows proper rest. Great hotel, very clean and comfortable room, great local shampoo, conditioner and lotion combo in the lovely bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The hotel is located in a quiet area. If you don't mind walking or riding, the distance from the city center is not a big issue. Rooms are big. Beds comfortable. There is a supermarket really close where you can get your basics for breakfast and a comfy small table by the window to enjoy the nesspreso machiche. Small fridge also available. It is great.
