Luxurious and sustainable 6-person holiday villa located on the outskirts of De Koog seaside resort, near beach and forest with panoramic views over Texel's meadows through the transparent frontage. Living room The spacious living room has a sitting area with fireplace, smart TV and music system. There is a dining area with a large dining table for 6. The open kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances, such as fridge-freezer, combination microwave oven, steam oven, dishwasher, Quooker and coffee maker. Bedrooms and bathrooms There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor with private bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower with two rain showers and double washbasin. Upstairs are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. These bathrooms have a spacious walk-in shower and bathtub. All bedrooms in the house have comfortable box-spring beds and the bedrooms on the first floor have a TV. The beds are made as standard and towels are provided. Garden The living area is in direct connection with the terrace through sliding doors. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture such as a lounge set and 4 sun loungers, and faces south.
