The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly. Because of it's central location we were able to walk almost everywhere and when we couldn't the tram was available close by. The building was beautiful and you wouldn't even think you were entering a hotel - it really added to the charm.

We stayed in room 20, we didn't realize it had its own private garden when booking but would be really nice on a nice day to have the option to sit outside!

It was a bit awkward to open the curtains to see someone getting out of bed 😁. Room was spacious and accommodating. A tad bit dusty and dirty floors, but overall pretty clean. It was difficult getting my large suitcase up the narrow, 3 flights of stairs. Overall excellent stay. I'd stay here again (with my husband to carry my bag) 😂.

IndiaThe location was great! I walked about 10 miles around Amsterdam and I always knew where I was, how to get back to the hotel and that it was a really nice space. The bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful too.

AustraliaThe apartment was on the top floor, hence very quiet with nice views of the canal. The apartment had all we needed, and there was a daily replenishing of fresh towels, as well as snacks, soft drinks, and beer, FOC! The hotel also ended up providing a standalone AC device.
