However, Cityden urgently took care of this for us by quickly ordering a prepaid taxi to relocate us to their hotel apartments in Amsterdam West. This handling was extremely smooth. We really had a great stay thanks to the way this was handled.

Tanto en la cafetería como en recepción, encontrabas personal de habla hispana o fácilmente entendible en ingles, se esforzaban por comprenderte. La zona es muy tranquila y con todas las posibilidades de moverte en transporte publico, o caminando, bicicleta... Hay de todo en la zona.

Residences Jordan 9 Streets will contact guests 2 weeks prior to arrival via e-mail, to arrange the check-in process. Please note that normal check-in is between 14:00 - 18:00. Arrival after 18:00 is only possible upon prior confirmation from the hotel, and at a surcharge of EUR 25. An additional charge of EUR 50 is applied for a check-in after 00:00.
One stay-over cleaning will be arranged free of charge for stays longer than 7 nights.
Please note that bed linen, towels, WiFi access, toiletries and 24/7 support are included.
Please inform Residences Jordan 9 Streets in advance when guests would like to make use of the baby cot. Bed linen and sheets are not included for this bed.
