The fine print
Once a week guests receive a full cleaning of the Studio or Apartment. This includes cleaning of the bathroom, kitchen and linen and towel change.
Please note that a reservation made for more than 6 rooms or more than 10 guests is considered a group reservation. In this case Cityden will contact the booker to discuss different cancellation and payment policies. In case the booker does not agree with this terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation.
Guests are required to keep noise disturbances to a minimum. It must be silent after 23:00. The accommodations doesn't tolerate noise disturbances or drug abuse. Guests will not have access to the garden.
Cityden will contact guests via e-mail within 2 weeks prior to arrival to arrange the check-in process.
Late check-in between 20.00 and 00.00 is possible upon request at a surcharge of € 25,- and € 50,- for check-ins after 00:00.
