Everything! I bid for the upgrade and got the room that I originally eyed on. So it was a bargain. We checked in early but got complimentary drinks for waiting! The place itself is a work of art, spending the whole day in the hotel on raining day was not bad at all. The staff was helpful and super nice.

Special place and staff. Always great to be back at Conservatorium!

The staff was very professional. During the first night we had some neighbors that were very noisy, preventing us from sleeping until early in the morning. The staff showed a lot of care, relocating us to a different room without any complications what so ever. A big thank you to the Guest Relations Officer, Selena, for taking good care of us during our stay. Great location next to the main museums, the city center is easily reached by foot.

Wow, wow, wow, loved the location, stuff super helpful and very nice. Worked to accommodate our needs and rooms are super clean and fantastic.

I love the location, I wished if the suite was larger.

It was a beautiful room. We were in a duplex and it was not so convenient sleeping on a different floor from the bathroom.

We spent one night here before we left Amsterdam and it was the best hotel experience we’ve had in a while - possibly even ever. The open space lobby, the impressive contemporary design, the modern art pieces - everything was absolutely gorgeous. The hotel is such a unique mix of spacious yet cozy. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam. We’ll definitely be back!

The Spa and the pool are amazing. Of course, you have to follow corona rules, but that’s ok. 24/7 room service is great. The bathroom in the room is just gorgeous! The location is great: next to Van Gogh museum and very close to Dam square. Shopping, tasty food and drinks - everything you need in 5 mins destination

A lovely place for an indulging and safe staycation! Though it was a pity we couldn't gain access to all of the facilities (like the spa) because of current regulations it was still a very fun stay.

Staff and service were excellent - everyone was clearly trying to help us have the best possible stay. The hotel and rooms are spacious and charming, built into an enormous house right next to the Museumplein. We went for a "staycation", since we live in Amsterdam, and it was great to be able to go to a restaurant again in the middle of the lockdown (only for guests, of course). There's a nice spa, pool (we didn't use it), and Taiko is a really good contemporaneous Japanese restaurant. The hotel breakfast is still one of the best in town (even reduced due to COVID-19)
