This eco-friendly houseboat is ideally located in the Zeeheldenbuurt, at a quiet place in the 'Oude Houthaven'. It has stunning views over the IJ water and Amsterdam North and is within walking distance of the city centre (8 min). Stay at my boat and you will even make a contribution to the environment. By heating through a sustainable water heat pump, the houseboat uses 5x less energy, emits no CO² and does not burn fossil fuels. The two private studio rooms are equipped with everything you need. They're furnished with a comfy king sized bed with crisp, white sheets and a window ceiling above your head to gaze at the stars. Start your day with a Nespresso in the relaxing sofa or easy chairs and settle down in your life at sea. The ensuite bathroom has a a bath with stunning view over the harbour, a separate shower and luxurious bathroom amenities.

Hi, good choice picking this boat. I live in Amsterdam for about 14 years. If I leave the city it is mostly for kitesurfing or other watersport activities. Now I sleep on the water as well, hope you like it as much as I do, cheers!
