The room was nice and cosy. Check-in and out were automated. With a multilingual option, it was super easy, and more convenient. The bathroom and facilities exceeded expectations for a room at this rate. Sliding, wooden door to the bathroom, and the painting in the room was a bit different from conventional. But thoroughly enjoyable. I enjoyed the stay and sleep. Major attractions and a bus stop were quite close. And the host was a genuinely caring lady... Thanks

The hotel is operating without onsite reception staff which is very different but very efficient too as they are always available over phone to assist. Check in and Check out is via Kiosk machine which is very easy. Just oppostite to the hotel there is small recreational area for kids and private boat rental. Good experience.

The lady which was assisting during breakfast was amazing. She was very welcoming, making sure nothing is missing at buffet. Breakfast was very nice, great selection, quality product. I was charged twice, but as soon as we found out there was a mistake, they refund me immediatelly and apologized. The property is nice and clean.
