The Front Desk is the Most gracious friendly Ladies, gentlemen and helpful with answers to all questions. It’s in the perfect location. The Rijk and Van Gogh 2 blks away and the great 397 airport bus is right across the way. Truly a wonderful experience for a great holiday!

Second time back, and it was good to be back at the hotel! Always smiley helpful staff, and very clean rooms, feels comfy! The bed is nice to relax on and just feels nice to be there. Will be back next time for sure! :) Thank you!

Location, next to the Vondelpark, is perfect, we rentes bikes and explored Amsterdam. An evening walk in the neighbourhood is enchanting.

well, customer service is one of the best for me so far - in AMS for sure! but, because i had a lay-over in AMS, the hotel staff called and informed me about the changes due to this situation,and how to find the hotel. she was really nice! welcome was nice and easy, the owner offered as well help,if i would need anything. thoughtful!!! that made me feel, that they care about their customers more, than bigger companies. hence this is a weird time for all of us, i got extra kindness and help from the evening personnel. very kind person, and very very helpful! i would say, this is not only customer service, it is rather very friendly help from heart!! loved the bed!!! and the toilettries are not the lame kind- they are very nice and smell good! i really liked my room, tho it is small, but for one or few nights it is perfect: comfy bed, easy location, very helpful staff. i really hope i can stay, when i return from my trip. i like the location a lot, hotel is easy to find. :D<3

We have nothing to complain about. Everything was great.
Great location. The hotel is a walk distance to the main tourists spots. The tram stop that comes from centruum station its just a few steps from the hotel. The room we stayed in was great also very clean and very comfort bed. We didn't have breakfast but we had a look and it does look great and quite good options. The staff was very helpful and willing to do our stay a pleasant one. We were very happy staying there and we are planning to go back in summer and definitely staying at Cornelisz again.

I’d booked this hotel for 3 nights for my son 21st birthday holiday for him and a friend, sadly on the day they arrived they shutdown all of Amsterdam because of the coronavirus so I flown back the next day. He said staff were very helpful and informative regarding what was going on and they made sure he got a cab to the airport.

The rooms are fine but nothing special. The building is small so they have squeezed quite a few in it. But they have all the essentials and the toiletries are a bit more special than usual ones.
The hotel is very well situated for visiting the main city museums which are just a few minutes walk away. The 1st floor cafe bar is a useful place to chill out after visits or before departure. The reception staff are very friendly and there was an impressive bunch of huge beautiful tulips to greet visitors.

My single room was unexpectedly smaller than any hotel room I had ever stayed in and caused me to have feelings of claustrophobia which I had never experienced before. Staff was very helpful and moved me into a larger room for a small fee for the second night.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. I had an issue with my hotel room and they helped solve the problem satisfactorily. Breakfast was good, varied, and plentiful. Location of the hotel to the Rijksmuseum and the tram was great.

The room was very warm and the pillows + duvets weren't really breathable and uncomfortable.
The location was great just next to the Rijksmuseum. The shower had very good pressure and was spacious. The staff was also really friendly and helpful.

A great location near museums. Tram line right out the front to Dam Square and Central Station. Convenient for the airport bus and plenty of eating and drinking options nearby. Bed was very comfortable!

The bathroom was a little dated, but no real complaints.
A stylish, modern yet affordable hotel in the heart of the designer shopping and museum district, walking distance from central Amsterdam. There was a lovely lounge area on the 1st floor, and all the staff were all lovely and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for a quiet, classy setting that's still walking distance from the city's central offerings.
