Very friendly and attentive staff. Room was clean. Restaurant has a nice ambiance. I was amazed that despite the closeness to Schiphol Airport there was no airplane noise. Located 35 min from Zandvoort beach, 35 min from Noordwijk beach, 35 min from Leiden!

UkraineGood hotel in a great location. Right near the bus stops and grocery store, walk minutes to restaurants. About an hour on the bus to Amsterdam Central. The bar in the restaurant is very nice and they have great staff. Did not eat at the restaurant but looked nice. Our room was a bit small but was good enough for our needs. Comfortable beds, hot water in the shower, very clean room.

The rooms are small and basic (don't expect Marriot or Doubletree quality here), but rooms are available by noon which are perfect for sleeping after long overseas flights the night before when you don't get any sleep. The hotel has it's own restaurant and the food is fabulous. They have menus in different languages and the hosts and waiters speak good English. In addition, the hotel is only about a 10 minute drive (or cab or bus) from Schipol (AMS) airport. It's quiet at night and the main pedestrian shopping area is just across the street.

Quiet, suburban atmosphere with a few nearby shops and decent restaurant options, even a small casino about 2 blocks away. Not luxurious, but an excellent value and location for those "passing through" the area.

Our hotel is situated on the attractive square in the middle of the flower village of Aalsmeer.
On the square in front of our hotel you'll find ample space for parking. The N201 road, which provides easy access to the highway, is only 650 feet away from our hotel.
Large cities such as Amsterdam, Haarlem and Leiden, as well as the North Sea beach, are within 30 minutes driving distance from the hotel. There is public transportation within 100 feet of Hotel Restaurant 't Schouwse Hof.
