We were very late arriving due to a delayed flight. The man at the desk couldn't have been more helpful. He even found milk for my tea. The room was on floor 4 and had a view of rooftops and distant landmarks. We were expecting to be in one of the subterranean rooms as we had booked at the lowest room rate so this was a real bonus. The heating worked well. Hotel location was excellent as we were visiting the Rijksmuseum. Breakfast was good. There was plenty of choice.

The location was excellent. Not in the centre of hustle and bustle , but short walk into main areas . Breakfast was really lovely , plenty to choose from . Bacon , scrambled eggs , bread rolls , cereal , croissants , fruit juices , tea coffee as much as you want . No toast which would have been nice . The hotel staff were so polite and helpful , they are a credit to the hotel .

We had a two night stay at this hotel. First of all the location can't be any better! Close to museums and public transport. The airport shuttle stops just a block away! The standard room was clean and since on the top floor it was quiet. The room itself was super tiny! We had to walk sideways between the bed and a table. Bathroom was modern and you guessed right- teeny tiny! It was not a big issue for us since we had a short stay and haven't been spending much time in the hotel anyway. However we found the attitude in reception little bothersome. Better training of staff might be helpful. Would we stay again? Definitely! You can't beat the location!
