Foyer self serve kiosk was a great idea and service.

The room was stylish and clean. Staff was simply wonderful. Awards should go to Artemis, Elizabetta, Boris and Alexandra. View from my 14th floor room was panoramic. I did not take breakfast during the 7 night stay nor did I use room service. The room had a fridge and kettle which was nice.

Breakfast was very good. Lot's of options with the ability to order scrambled eggs. Nice room and friendly staff.

Reliable and easy-to-use locker in the room, luxury beds, plenty of power sockets and even a mini-fridge provided free of charge. It is even better that the fridge came WITHOUT contents, so you can fill it up with items bought at the supermarket and to your taste, instead of a generic assortment of way overpriced minibar-style drinks. Will stay here again.

Very kind receptionists, welcoming environment not over the top, practical, made me feel at home. Breakfast is lovely, good quality sour dough bread available an great coffee. Acoustic in the breakfastrestaurant really pleasant,

location, room is spacious and modern. didnt expect coffee maker but it's all there. Really nice room, big bathroom and good bed. Breakfast is also good.

Very kind staff, personal service and willing to make my stay as good as possible. My preferred room was available and I had a great stay again.

Location was really close to Utrecht Centraal/Hoog Catherijne mall + just a short walk to the city centre. The room was really spacious and had an additional small table which was extremely useful as a dining table during the 5pm lockdown since we had to takeaway dinner to eat in the hotel room. Overall the hotel and the room looked really aesthetic and the staff were very helpful. Was expecting the room to be cold/noisy because the hotel told us that there was some work going on, but it wasn't cold or noisy.

We are booked to stay with you on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. We hope to arrive in Utrecht in the late morning; at what time may we book in, please.
