Children and Extra Beds
All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 3 years stay free of charge in a crib.
Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
The maximum number of cribs in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Novotel Maastricht accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
Please note that the shuttle service operates once every hour and can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests. The shuttle goes to MECC Maastricht and the city center of Maastricht.
The shuttle is a free one-way service to the centre, guests have to arrange their own return transport by public transport or taxi (EUR 8,50 per ride). During all conferences and events at the MECC, the hotel also provides a return service.
Please note that kids under 12 years old stay for free in their parents room and get free breakfast.
Please note that guests are required to show the credit card which has been used to make the booking, upon arrival. If this is not possible, guests should have an authorization form, signed by the credit card holder if he/she is not travelling along.
