The beds and pillows were so comfy. Location was good staff were all lovely . Had breakfast a couple of mornings which was extra and expensive but good selection and good start to day

United Kingdomit was lovely, although, the staff at breakfast area, refused me entry, 3 days in a row, more than 20mins before closing time…. on the 3rd day, I reported it to reception staff and they attempted to resolve it (by inviting me in for breakfast) but after being refused entry, I didn’t want them to cook for me. 5 nights I stayed here, I managed breakfast once and I was up early each day. the managing staff were very apologetic but it was bad enough it would put me off returning as I’ve been in over 1000 hotels and never had this kind of service
