It was a quiet hotel. A little secluded from the hustle bustle of main streets
PakistanGreat Location, could walk to Tram / Metro station as well as many tourist attractions. Property very well-maintained. The room was a good size. Appreciated that it had many TV channels. Bathroom was well-sized. The staff were helpful.

Saudi ArabiaWe upgraded to the premium room which was across the road from the main part of the hotel. We had to go underneath the hotel via lift, walk across to the other lift. It was smart and clean and massive. The shower was the best shower I've had. The floor in the bathroom were heated which was a bonus and the bed was so big. Definitely recommend booking the Premium Room and request room 166 if you can. Great views from the windows. There are steps in the room so only request if you don't have any walking problems

Please be informed that a refundable security deposit of EUR 50 per day is authorized upon arrival. This deposit is intended to cover for damages and extras taken in the hotel.
The hotel will check the validity of the credit card. If the credit card is proven to be invalid, you will be provided 24 hours to provide the hotel with a new valid credit card. However, in case the guest is not able to arrange a credit card deposit authorization and needs to leave a deposit in cash, the hotel requires a EUR 100 cash deposit for the first night and a EUR 50 cash deposit per night for all remaining nights.
