Dear guest, Welcome to Rosie's Apartment, a small homely place at the end of our backyard, adjacent to other gardens. Here you can experience the tranquility you are looking for, within walking distance of the sea, the dunes and the center of Zandvoort aan Zee. The cottage is fully equipped. You enter through your own entrance on the side of the main house and enter through your own terrace. The cottage is fully equipped, including an extensive kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, fridge with freezer and even a dishwasher. Coffee and tea are also available, as are dishwasher tablets, kitchn towels, pots and pans. Everything to give you a great start to your holiday. At the dining table you can enjoy your own cooked meal, then relax on the lounge sofa watch TV and then sleep in a nice bed in a special alcove. All conditions are in place to ensure you can create your own home away from home. On warm evenings you can enjoy the fresh sea air on your private terrace, and on beautiful mornings you can have breakfast outside in the sun.

Welcome dear guest. I would like to tell you something about myself, so that you know where and to whom you can go with all your questions, wishes or concerns. I am Rosanne Maters, mother of 3 children (13, 10 and 5 months) And I love people and animals. This is reflected in my work (I manage a new primary school, open all year round, 50 weeks a year and 5 days a week), my pets (dog Odey, rabbit Sterre) and my children. I moved to Zandvoort 14 years ago for peace and quiet and am completely at home here. Since 2006 I share my place with guests from countries all over the world. First in Betsy Apartments, named after my house at the time. And since 10 years in Rosie's Apartment, a newly built summer house in the back of our garden, named after me :-). I like to let people enjoy this wonderful environment and adapt as a host to the needs of the guests. Sometimes that means we happen to meet in the driveway for a nice chat, if desired I give tips about the area and sometimes we don't see each other during the entire stay. All is fine by me! The South beach is just around the corner and together with the dunes, which start at the end of the street, is my favorite place. You can walk, relax at one of the beach bars or be active by means of taking (surf, sup, kite) lessons at one of the surf schools. Delicious food is available at Ajuma Beach no 24 (Indian Surinamese!) Thalasssa no 18 (fish!), Ubuntu beach club no 1 (hip!) Or Safari Beach club (cozy, relaxed, surf school). If you want to see even more of the area, a walk in the Amsterdamse Waterleidingduinen (entrance 200 m from Rosie's) is recommended. Do you not forget to buy a day ticket (online)? The dune area of ​​National Park South Kennemerland is also recommended! Zandvoort itself also has a lot to offer; a lively and lovely center. Walk through the Poststraat to the church square and don't forget to check out the boutiques in the Kerkstraat. Visit the Zandvoorts museum and let the service staff of the Tourist Information Office inform you. Walk through the center to the station and take the train to the wonderful (shopping) city of Haarlem (15 train minutes) or go on a museum tour in Amsterdam (30 train minutes)
