NetherlandsBart was very helpful and accommodating for our needs and times for checking in and checking out. He was also great with suggestions for restaurants and the best way to explore Amsterdam. We really appreciated the fresh Bio food that was provided to make ourselves breakfast, and the park across the street was great for taking our dog. It was also nice being able to park right outfront for unloading and loading.
GermanyOwners were very accommodating with the odd check-in time. The apartment was clean and with complete facilities. They also provided welcome snacks and beverages which were delightfully unexpected and exceeded out expectations. Friendly owners, very nice and quiet neighbourhood. As a recommendation: going from the property downtown is wisest by public transportation. Purchasing your travel tickets for metro and buses beforehand might come in handy.

GermanyThis place is amazing! There were 5 of us staying here and it was comfortable. Easy location close to the city, but far enough away to really enjoy the Dutch lifestyle. The facilities are superb, all clean and in working order, the beds are amazing!!! The breakfast options were fantastic and so tasty.
AustraliaApartment location is perfect for Amsterdam exploration - 10-15m of walking time to get to central station or metro station, and there you can easily get to any point of interest in next 5-10 mins. Also it's perfect for families as there will be no heavy traffic around - just opposite the road from apartment is huge park where you can walk with kids/pets and enjoy silence and peaceful atmosphere. Bart on his own is just perfect host - helped us a lot and gave all the possible answers to million of our questions. Apartment is fully equipped with everything that may be needed to get great stay experience. Tea/Coffee, Cookies/candies for kids and bubbles for adults were extremely pleasant and useful after our long road on that day. Highly recommend!

We hope that we can offer our guests a comfortable time in our beautiful apartment on a nice quiet place so that the stay is a memorable one. Our location is just outside the Centre of Amsterdam, in a quiet street on a park. Our neighbors are mainly families with children who enjoy this peaceful setting. The owner of the apartment is a city guide on a private boat tour that leaves straight from the apartment for a 1 or 2 hour trip through the canals of Amsterdam. The flat is beautifully situated right at a lovely park with a tennis court, a yoga centre and right at a small harbor. Close to the apartment is a beautiful old country pub with good meals. Amsterdam Noord has many green parks, open water and canals, little harbors, houseboats and 17th century dike houses. Although it looks like a small picturesque village it is close to the central station, only 10 minutes bike ride or 7 minutes drive to the centre of the city with the lovely canals and museums. It is a thirty minute drive from the beaches. At he banks at the North side of the IJ (ten minutes ride) you will find one of the most hipster neighbourhoods in the world with many new restaurants and bars and even a city beach is 8 minutes away from the property! Previously this area was a bit of a wasteland, now the disused warehouses host creative start-ups, festivals, restaurants and, once a month, mega flea market. Hiring bikes close to the apartment belongs to one of the many possibilities. You will have low-fee parking which is quit exceptional for Amsterdam. Next to that the Metro will bring you to town is a few seconds.
