Hotel was a good base for a long weekend of celebrating my daughters 21st birthday and St Patrick’s day. Location was perfect, though being right in the red light district and having the pub downstairs we did expect some nighttime noise and we were right, still managed to sleep though. Staff were all really friendly and accommodating, and rooms were more than big enough with a closet, sink and clean towels put in every day. Sharing the bathrooms was ok, despite our worries we never had a problem and they were cleaned thoroughly each day. The breakfast was basic but fine for a little refuel in the morning. We were a mixed group of olders and youngsters and it was suited to us all, beware of the stairs though, they are steep and we had a couple of fallers that took some souvenir bruises home !!

A really good location in the center (red district), the single room and the shower were clean. Concerning the toilets it depended on the hour of the day but most of the time clean. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful and kind so I recomand the place.

Superb location, super friendly staff, clean showers and rooms, quiet neighbours, bar downstairs. We visited in winter - the room was quite warm. The stairs are steep but managable. Super central location - red light district, 5mins to a main squere where all the guided city tours take off. Our windows were not to the street so it was ok with the noise, I guess in summer with open windows it might be less quiet.

    You make a reservation for a room, not a single bed. So if you book a twin room for 1 person, you still get the whole room. Kind rergards, Hotel Torenzicht.
