The gardenhouse is surrounded by fruittrees and is located in the back garden of my house. It has its own little terras so you can have breakfast in the garden. Breakfast is officially not included however there is some muesli and fruits for the first day. There is a separate bathroom and a sleep loft with a good bed (160x200) . Also a small sofa bed (135x190) if you do not want to go up a ladder in the night. There is no cable. However you could stream your content (Youtube, Netflix e.g) to a television (through google chrome).
I am a retired divorce lawyer who likes to build things like this gardenhouse.
The area is called Almere Oosterwold. We could buy the ground cheap but had to promise to grow food on half of it. So it is a special way of city development. In the surroundings are several nature grounds (Oostvaarders Plassen) and in a 35 minutes drive cities like Amsterdam and Utrecht.
