The unique The July - Twenty Eight offers a new hotel/apartment concept with spacious, comfortable design apartments combined with the service and facilities of a luxury hotel. Featuring a sauna and fitness facilities. Guests can make use of the underground garage. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a spacious seating area and a luxurious bathroom equipped with a rain shower. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the Studio and Executive Apartment is 2 people. It is not possible for an extra person to stay in these room types.

This is a nonsmoking hotel and smoking is not permitted in all areas. There is a terrace where guests are allowed to smoke cigarets.
Please note that if guests do smoke in the non-permitted areas, there will be a € 280,- fine.
The hotel does not allow pets.
Please note that for bookings up to 6 nights, a touch up is offered if the guest places a door hanger on the doorknob. For stays over 7 nights, we offer weekly cleaning and new towels every 3 days.

A damage deposit of € 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
