Extremely cozy, personal, very good location (to restaurants, sights but also Trainstation-within 15min in Maastricht!). there was a small self service station where we could get a beer and coffee that we drank on our room's balcony. The location was only a few minutes from center. The host very friendly and answered all of our questions. The rooms are located at the top floors. At the ground floor there is a "common room" where breakfast is served, which also has a lot of books, board games and tea/coffee/minibar.
