Bjørvika Apartments was established in Oslo in 2009 with a modest two apartments for rental. Today we manage more than two hundred apartments. We opened our department in Trondheim in 2019 and we have several modern apartments here. We accommodate a range of different guests every week; business travelers, insurance clients and tourists on vacation to mention some. Accordingly, we emphasis the importance that our apartments are furnished to accommodate the various needs that our guests may have. We also think it is important that you can continue your daily routines while staying with us. The apartments have efficient floor planning, large windows, balconies, good ventilation and soundproofing. The apartments are located at several different locations at Solsiden in Trondheim. The different addresses are Trenerys gate 4/7, Dyre Halses Gate 4-16 and Verftsgata 1. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a seating areas, separate bedroom(s) and a bathroom with a laundry machine Accordingly, you can make your own food, rest on the couch while watching television or reading a book, or doing laundry, all within the comfort of your own apartment.

Please note that Bjørvika Apartments has several locations and no reception. The apartments are located in different locations in Trenerys gate 4/7, Dyre Halsesgate 5-16 and Verftsgata 1c.

The check is contactless, from 15:00. The keys need to be collected from the reception at Scandic Bakklandet located at Nedre Bakklandet 60. Check outs are to 11:00 and keys are left on the kitchen counter.

Weekly cleaning and change of bedlinen and towels are included for stays longer than 10 nights. Departure cleaning is included for all stays. Extra cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.

During Thursday to Sunday, guests only the age of 25 can only check in if traveling as part of a family.

If you book several apartments, please note that Bjørvika Apartments cannot guarantee that all apartments are located at the same address, building or floor.

Parking is available for an additional fee. The maximum height to enter the car park is 6.7 feet high.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform BJØRVIKA APARTMENTS, Solsiden Area, Trondheim city center of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
