NEWLY RENOVATED 2023 / NEW BATHROOM / NEW KITCHEN / ALL AMENITIES / NEW BEDS / HARDWOOD FLOORS / MODERN SCANDINAVIAN STYLING Guests wanted much more from this apartment after 7 years of rental and we have listened! Dronningens Gate 12 is a self catered 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom located 5 minutes walk from Oslo S central train station in the heart of the city. Remodeled in 2023, this apartment is bright, spacious and accommodates up to six people (2 bedrooms, 1 queen size sofa bed). In addition, the apartment features two elevators - one from each side of entrance - as well as french balcony offering plenty of sunlight. Featuring a full kitchen with all amenties as well as a larger bathroom compared to similiar in Oslo city center this apartment is perfect for visting families, business travelers and friends alike looking to enjoy a great location and high standard. It is the perfect place to enjoy the best of Oslo, whilst enjoying the comforts of home. The building was orginal the first headquarters of Oslos national newspaper "Aftenposten". Whilst the street has undergone many changes throughout the past 200 years, today is home to orginal buildings from the period, a brand new and remodeled indepent movie theatre next door, cafes and easy access are all outside the door. Children are very welcome to stay with their parents, but keep in mind this apartment is not children proof.
