Pramesh is a nice person and you can tell that he loves his job. He always wants to share his experiences ! The rooms are cute and clean. Food was good. We added a night to our stay as we feel good at this place. Pramesh organized us a safari and we could only recommend the guide ! We did not see a lot of animals but we spent an amazing day. Thank to him Bonus 1 : best HOT shower in Népal (and clean!) Bonus 2 : Movie night with popcorn on the garden

Hospitality and location both the things were excellent.

Sunsetview is one of the most laidback places in Bardia. The combination of the neath, relaxing atmosphere with the feeling of a home and the comfortable accomodation, made the deal for us. Pramesh (the owner) is very passionate about his place, very helpful and honest in providing you the best experience for staying in Bardia. He also organises activities like movie night or a (delicious) stone oven pizza night, which were great! Amrit (the cook) makes the most powerful dishes (especially his banana pancakes and French fries). The guide (Krishna) is very good and enthusiastic about nature and wildlife. We went on a walking safari with him, which was truly a great adventure. Every night we could sit around the campfire, having conversations, enjoying good coffee and cocktails. A lot of places in Nepal suggest you “come as a guest, leave as a friend”, this place actually made sure this happened.

I had a very nice stay at Sunset View. Pramesh (the owner) took care of me very well from the very beginning. I did a jeep tour and walking tour with his guide Krishna (if you wanna have a good jungle experience ask for Krishna as he has good English and knows the jungle well). The food at this place is also amazing! Pramesh is a smart guy so you can have some nice conversations with him about interesting topics. Highly recommended! Keep up the good work!

very homely feel! pramesh was a brilliant host and amrit’s food was amazing. very relaxing atmosphere and great facilitating of jungle activities :)

The food was always excellent! This is a special place with special people, Pramesh and Noemie are really great people! Such a good surprise, Highly recommended!

The location is the best , far from others and just few minutes walking from the river where you can enjoy beautiful “sunset views” and it’s in front of the Elephants breeding center so just walking around there you can see some of them, and sometimes wild elephant too:) I suggest this place for those who like small peaceful places. It’s well cared, clean and the food is good! Their kitchen has a western taste ! They can organise jungle tour so I suggest you to reserve for more then one day so they will care you better !If not you can always go there for a coffee, a cold drink or a cocktail 🍸

Pramesh and Naomie are amazing hosts! Lovely traditional houses, comfy beds, brilliant food and Krishna the guide was amazing... with some funny stories!

I first booked only one night but ended up staying longer. Pramesh and Noemie are really welcoming, and the place is charming. You definitely don't want to miss out on the delicious home made pizzas and movie night in the garden. It was the most comfortable bed of my stay in Nepal, and there is hot water in the shower too! I strongly recommend

A very cozy and comfortable place in the heart of the jungle! We had a wonderful time with our hosts, they are super nice and always available to assist us whenever we need. We organized every jungle activity with the lodge. They also have a bar and a cinema corner for more chill activities. We will come back again!
