It was a bitterly cold afternoon when we checked in and were made to feel very welcome. It was so appreciated to walk into a lovely warm room, which was clean and comfortable. The owner went above and beyond, providing a sewing kit when I had an issue with clothing just prior to a family event. They also text me to advise something had been left in our room. I would definitely book in again if I ever return to Arthur's Pass.
