We stayed four nights on the top floor sea view apartment which had excellent views. The apartment was clean, comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable (on the firm side) and we were provided with a good selection of pillows which was appreciated. The balcony had a very clean BBQ for guests to use. The motel is right across the road from the beach and within walking distance to the town centre. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Wifi worked really well. We enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely recommend staying here.

All rooms were of a good size and well furnished. Bed, bed linen and towels were all excellent. Kitchen facilities were good. Position in Paihia was quiet but beside the edplanade, beach and town.Good parking.

Room was huge. Only needed an overnighter for attending Waitangi Day dawn service to save an early morning drive from Kerikeri. Very clean, tidy well run establishment, close to everything in Paihia and Waitangi. Easy off street parking, you could easily base yourself here for a week or more as there are complete kitchen facilities and all rooms are generously sized. Very happy with this “last minute” find.
