## The space The apartment is spread across the first level of the villa. The front door opens into a spacious living room, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a movie. The newly installed kitchenette has a microwave/convection oven, 2-burner cooker, electric frying pan, saucepans, fry pan, kettle, fridge, toaster, George Forman grill and dishwasher. There are three large and comfortable bedrooms - two with king sized beds, the other with twin king singles. A large combined bathroom / laundry with corner shower and double vanity complete the home.
