City Towers is a late 1960's building in a fabulous location in Newmarket. Close enough to be a part of the hustle and bustle and yet set quietly among trees. One of Auckland's most eclectic and culturally diverse spaces, the food and shopping are second to none in this neighbourhood. City Towers has great mid century character that we are refreshing and updating for a modern feel. Rooms are being redecorated over time in a retro style complete with art and furnishings. Our favourite cafe places to eat are Little and Friday and La Fromagerie, both within 200m of City Towers. Malaysian, Indian, Chinese/ Yum Char are all a short walk away. Entertainment is well catered for with 2 sets of movie theatres, ten pin bowling, Les Mills Gym, The Olympic Swimming pool and amazing shopping in the Nuffield Street and Teed street precincts, not to mention 277 Westfield. Glengarry wines always has a good deal on for something extra special which you can enjoy on your private balcony or patio. With the Domain and Auckland Museum a stroll away, cultural enrichment is nearby.
