Private, pet friendly (by arrangement) and an accommodating responsive host. Very little traffic noise. Had everything we needed in terms of kitchen facilities and utensils, bathroom facilities, comfortable queen bed and wifi.

The unit is very good for single or couple travellers. Don't be put off by it looking like a sleep-out - the private kitchen and bathroom in it are both very nice. You also get your own driveway and entrance to the property. Location is excellent for Eden Park - short (30 mins) walk or even shorter taxi/Uber. Host was very friendly - though probably didn't need to meet him if I'd scrolled down to see where the lockbox was located!
