Welcome to Fridas - perched high on Maungatawhiri Mountain offering unrivalled views of Mt Karioi, countryside, harbour and town. Minutes to Raglan township, vibrant cafes and surf beaches.
Fridas is a feast for the eyes and a balm for the soul. Carefully curated to ensure the most memorable, relaxing visit.
The space
Fridas is a one bedroom hideaway with private access. Painted throughout with low VOC chalk paint. Sumptuous queen bed with memory foam mattress and beautiful linens. A large lounge with comfy couches, and feather pillows.
A dedicated quiet room for yoga/meditation with yoga mat, weighted blankets and amethyst infused eye pillows to soothe and relax. Kitchen with microwave, induction cooktop and fridge/freezer. Weber gas BBQ. Wifi , and Free view TV with ability to chromecast. Re- find your inner child with our colouring books and jigsaws. Immerse yourself in the large collection of beautiful books.
Enjoy some of Raglans great produce - we provide local free range eggs if available, a sourdough breadlet from Raglan Artisan bread, Raglans Dreamview milk, Raglan Roast coffee, a block of Raglan chocolate and a selection of seasonal fruit and jams.
Weather permitting take advantage of our large deck with the million dollar views. Nothing better than a glass of vino on the deck and watching one of our spectacular sunsets.

Robbyn and Peter have been in the hospitality industry for the last 15 years. Fridas is our latest venture and has received 5 stars from all our guests thus far. It is our aim to make each guest enjoy a 5 star visit.
Fridas is approximately 4 kms from the centre of Raglan township. Close enough to pop into town to enjoy a coffee at one of our many cafes, dine out, shop, eat fish and chips at the wharf, or just soak up the artsy, surfy vibes our unique little town has on offer. Come back to Fridas to chill on the verandah with a vino and hopefully see one of Raglans spectacular sunsets. Beaches are all within a short drive or bike ride. Rent a kayak or book a surf lesson. Hike Mt Karioi or explore Bridal Veil Falls. We promise you’ll find a plethora of activities that will keep you busy. Or if relaxation is your vibe.. Fridas will give you all that and more.
