This modern, detached, three level apartment is located on Kilmore Street in the heart of Christchurch. Central location Off-street parking Garage Security Gate 3 bedrooms – 1 King, 2 Queens 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets Open plan kitchen, dining, living space Outside terrace Floor to ceiling windows The property itself has a security gate and garage for parking, and boasts three bedrooms, the first on the ground floor comprising a king size bed and kitchenette and the second and third having queen size beds and being located on the third floor. The middle floor comprises the living area, with a spacious, bright open plan kitchen, living and dining area and an outdoor terrace. There is a bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin on the first level and a spacious, luxury bathroom with a bath, shower, basin and toilet on the third level. Please note: the apartment has stairs and may not be suitable for small children Please Note: There is a security camera with audio operating at the front door of this property for your safety and ours. This is outside the property and only records entry and exit.
