Beautifully furnished with guests in mind, it will be easy to relax and hard to leave. Located in the very sought after Nga Roto Estate – you are only a short drive from town centre, or a quick stroll to the lake. Boasting 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms including ensuite, gas fire place, heat-pump/air-con on each level. Downstairs offers a second smaller living area between the bedrooms. This area has a second TV and a sofa-bed. The internal garage (fully insulated) has a set of bunks which is a single bed over a double bed. Bedding configuration is Master bedroom: 1x Super King Split, Second bedroom: 1x Super King Split, Third Bedroom: 1x Queen, Second living area: 1x Sofa bed. The internal garage (fully insulated) has a set of bunks which is a single bed over a double bed . If you require the Super King beds to be split into singles, or if you require bedding for the sofa bed, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival.
