Lakefront Apartment, 3 min easy walk on flat to central Queenstown, this Penthouse could be the best apartment in the whole complex. It has wonderful unobstructed views over the lake and mountains from every room. Well-equipped open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar adjoins expansive lounge and dining area that opens into the largest private balcony. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a dedicated office desk. Free onsite undercover parking with direct lift access, single level layout. Free wifi. This Penthouse Apartment is on the top-floor with Elevator access. The lounge has luxurious curved sofas with recliners allowing relaxing panoramic lake and mountain views. It has a large TV to enjoy the state-of-the-art entertainment system which includes surround sound, Blu Ray Player, Netflix and Apple TV. The living area has a direct access to the expansive balcony with outdoor dining and seating providing an absolutely stunning view of lake & mountains. Both Bedrooms also have lakefront views. The Master Bedroom has a SuperKing sized Bed, a Smart-TV and en-suite bathroom with shower. The Second Bedroom has 2 single beds that can be connected together as another king bed if required and the second bathroom has both a shower and a full-length bath. Washing machine and dryer are also available. All rooms are equipped with modern heaters and the windows are double-glazed. There is a dedicated office desk within the spacious lounge. Free onsite undercover parking with direct lift access, single level layout. Free unlimited high-speed WiFi throughout. Beach & barbecue across the road, restaurants, pubs, shops, supermarkets, bus stops are all within 5-10 minutes walk. Discounts available for extended stays.
This is our own holiday home in beautiful Queenstown and we are very happy to share it with others when we aren't staying here.
This Penthouse is just a few minutes walk from central Queenstown and its fantastic offering of bars and restaurants. Queenstown has many sightseeing, sporting and entertainment activities all year round. Ski in the Winter and enjoy the incredible mountain and lake scenery in the Summer.
