Our home is located in a rural park on one and a quarter acres. It is peaceful and quiet with lots of native bird life. We only take one booking at a time so you have the whole upstairs floor to yourselves and total privacy . If you require extra beds for members of your family or friends - book the luxury group accomodation -we can cater for up to four guests (2 couples) upstairs, just book the luxury group accomodation. You will also then be sharing the large family bathroom.
Dave and I really enjoy meeting people and are excited about opening our home and property to be enjoyed by others. I want to make your stay with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I am passionate about offering you a luxury escape that will top you up on the inside.
The walking/cycle tracks at 'The Lakes'are only a 2 minute walk away. We are only 45 minutes drive to Rotorua,one and a half hours to Taupo and 45 mins to Hobbiton and 90 mins to the Waitomo glowworm caves.The beautiful beach Mount Maunganui is a 15 minute drive. There are two golf courses within minutes from our property and a mountain biking track.We are located a couple of minutes from three popular wedding venues, Olive Tree Cottage, Ataahua and The Orchard
