Janine was great with communication and really flexible and nice, House was amazing and really comfortable. Grounds were really nice and location was great. Loved the giant pohutakawa trees along the beach which made up the view. Elevator was great to get luggage upstairs.

The bed was absolute bliss, I literally sunk into it and died for the night. I enjoyed the luxury of the ensuite, double hand basin and walk in robe. I ran out of time to have a soak in the spa bath. We enjoyed the big table with the lazy suzy. We ate there a lot. Warm heaters made the home cosy. And the close proximity to the coastal walkway and town centre was such a bonus.

Private Master Super King bedroom with ensuite and balcony and lift on second level. I've lived in New Plymouth all my life and are very passionate about what we have to offer from the Mountain to the Beaches and gardens
A short stroll to the end of Lane to access the famous 10km of coastal walkway, 300 metres to the Aquatic centre, 500 metre stroll to 5 water front cafes, restaurants and fish & chips. 1km coastal walk to the centre of the CBD Shops, Len Lye Art Gallery, Restaurants, Cafes, Pukekura Park, Bowl of Brooklands and TSB Stadium Etc and well known Social Kitchen restaurant, Monicas cafe, ozone coffee
