The apartment was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom was huge - great shower. Staff - super helpful and personable. Bar and public space on the ground floor is a great spot to hang out.

The hotel was funky and fabulous and the staff amazing - the art works and sculptures and design of the rooms made us feel like we were extremtly rich, and were not! We loved our stay so much we are already planning our next trip to Wellington. The location is also perfect, right across the road from Te Papa and harbour. The restaurant on Level Three is fine dining silver service and quite an experience.

Everything was satisfactory except (which was nothing to do with QT)I was very dissatisfied with Booking.com I had to cancel one night (which I did 2 days before due date ) and Booking .co charged me the highest rate for one day.!!!I had paid for 3 nights $978 and Booking.com charged me $942 for two nights.QT staff were not happy when I told them.I would think twice about using Booking.com again.....
