Paradise by Simpsons beach Newly built home, spacious fully fenced property suitable for a group/family! 4 beds, which can sleep 8 adults. Couch in the lounge sleeps 2 adults** at extra cost. Maximum people - 10 adults. ** please enquire within for stay options where group is smaller and we can provide an offer* Detached sleepout which has its own private entrance. 6 mins drive to whitianga/15 mins walk to Simpsons beach. 925sqm section
MR & MRS + their dog living in Simpson’s beach, Whitianga, NZ. Hosting our ‘Private by the Beach’ air bnb to those visiting the coromandel. Among working we are trying to live our best lives here in a beautiful place we can call home! Plenty of our days are spent with our dog at the beach, and enjoying friends company. Our AirBNB is something we take pride and care in, we love that we can host guests but give them sole privacy while they enjoy the stunning coromandel!
Simpson’s beach, Whitianga. A quiet beach area with access to the beach from where we live. The subdivision we live in is quiet and filled with permanent whitianga residents. At the back of the subdivision there is a stairway which connects you to harbour lights which is a nice walk towards whitianga. Simpson’s beach is a small walk away with a pathed walkway through the subdivision, we really love this beach and would say it’s our favourite! 15 min maximum walk to Simpsons beach, fully pathed walkway via subdivision. 20 minutes drive to Luke’s kitchen and Otama beach + other beautiful beaches
