Park View ‘Home Away From Home’ features wardrobes, a dressing table and ironing facilities. Extra pillows and blankets are available. The bathroom includes a shower, heated towel rail, extractor fan, hair dryer and all toiletries. It is necessary to step up into the shower. There is a grab rail on the wall, as can be seen in the photos, & a step stool if needed.

There is a fully equipped & stocked kitchen as well as a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Relax with a drink on the upstairs patios, overlooking the views of Feilding. Flat is serviced daily.

A number of activities are offered in the area including golfing.

Our property is a fully self contained, spacious (65 sqmt), & comfortable downstairs flat. Sleeps 4/5 with a queen bedroom and king single and single in lounge/living area plus foldaway bed. Beds have electric blankets the queen has TV, reading lamps & dressers. Complimentary continental breakfast. Kitchen complete with full cooking facilities. Bench top oven, stove top, fry pans, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer. Fully stocked with a selection of breakfast foods. A 50 inch TV, DVD with a selection of DVD's, stereo/CD player, chrome cast. Free WIFI. Bathroom hair dryer, heated towel rail, extractor fan and all toiletries. Garaging & guest laundry with dryer plus iron & ironing board. We are located in a quiet & pretty, tree lined, no exit street just 1.9 kms from the CBD 15 minutes to Palmerston North. 2 hours to Wellington. Private & quiet. Isolated from hosts but we are always available to them. We go out of our way to ensure our guests have a most enjoyable stay & make them feel SPECIAL. Park View 'Home Away From Home' really lives up to its name.
I am a bright & bubbly, friendly person who enjoys hosting both adults, & children ages 12 & over, to our spacious (65sqmt) warm & comfortable downstairs flat. My partner & I go out of our way to make you feel special ensuring you are happy and enjoying your stay with us. We are always there to answer any questions. We would love to host you & your children. We moved from Hawkes Bay in 2005 where we owned a 25 room motel. We completely refurbished our home & in 2006 set up the downstairs area as a fully self contained flat. As well as kiwis we host many tourists & both often use our property as a base while travelling NZ. As a result many return year after year. Although we live on site (upstairs) the downstairs accommodation is quiet & completely private to guests and Isolated from hosts. However, we are always available to guests. We look forward to welcoming you to your own 'Home Away From Home' so come stay with us. You won't be disappointed & we will ensure we make you feel special during your stay with us. Feilding is a rural town with a population of 17,000 people. Feilding was named the Most Attractive Town in NZ 17 times. It is very pretty with tree lined streets & free parking. It has all the facilities one needs & there is no necessity to travel the 15 minutes to Palmerston North.. 15-20 minutes walk to town from here. One of the major attractions is Manfeild with its international motor racing track including the NZ Grand Prix. Also many other events including Feild Days in March second in size only to Hamilton. World equestrian events, the garden festival, craft shows plus much more. There are many restaurants & cafes including Thai, Indian, Chinese, Turkish, the Irish Bar, English food restaurants etc. Focal Point Cinema is licensed & is a wonderful eating place. Plus many pubs. Feilding has many parks, a swimming complex with both indoor & outdoor pools & skate board area. Mini golf is on the same property. The golf course is just 5 minutes from our place. There are many historic buildings, the largest stock yards in the Southern Hemisphere, the Coach House Museum, & some lovely boutique shops. We are situated in a pretty, quiet no exit street.
