Convenient relative to downtown stores & ferry

beautiful rooms, nice walk to harbor and CBD. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was exceptional. Ate at Esther’s on the first floor; was quite good. Valet only parking was $50 a day. we were able to put our things in the car after checkout and walk around the CBD until our evening flight.

Comfortable beds in an upscale hotel with a nice rooftop bar. Checked our bags while waiting for our evening flight. Kai at the front desk was particularly helpful during our stays at the QT which bookended our month in NZ.

We stayed in the Junior Suite that came with a massive bathtub, I liked our view as well as the hotel bath essentials. We stayed here for our wedding and checked in to see a surprise in our room. Our room was not yet ready when we arrived however they allowed us to sit by the bar and provided us with complimentary drinks, it didn't take long to get into our suite. It rained quite hard upon check in but the staff really went above and beyond to help us with our luggage and keeping us dry- best hotel staff I've met in NZ so far!
