Josef was a great host, the room was located in spacious apartment with cooking facilities and cosy couches and TV for relaxing. A spa pool was also available for use. The room and whole apartment were clean ,tidy and there was definitely a homely feel to the place.i would definitely stay again.

Perfect location at the Frankton NE end of the lake Beautiful view of the lake Convenient location to public transport and all amenities including shopping centres, cafe, gym, laundromat at Remarkables shopping centre 10 minute walk away. Nice walk, ride or job into Queenstown 9km along the foreshore Josef is very friendly and welcoming. Leaving you and the other guests to yourself unless required.

Great bed, shower, facilities. Friendly and amenable owner who was very helpful. Lovely view, close proximity to airport, local shops and transport hub. Everything we needed, clean and well appointed kitchen, lounge. Perfect for local E bike hire to Arrowtown. Followed by local bike path beside the lake to Queenstown.

Nice view, good size rooms and good kitchen facility, overall clean and tidy. A really nice place for a weekend in Queenstown, not far from the city and with public transport available. Great to have the hot tub!

Awesome host. Spacious lounge and Kitchen, super clean and tidy. Gorgeous view from the lounge area. Close to the bus hub, just a short walk. New world supermarket is about a 7 or 8 minute walk. Nice and quiet, good energy about the place.

    Hallo There We have at the moment very competitive prices so I have to charge for cooked breakfast an additional NZ $ 10.00. But You have of course all extras like several cereals ,jams ,coffee ,tea, ,chocolate for You free to use. Thanks Josef
